Who Are We?
Headway Bristol is a Independent, Non-Profit Charity. We have over 40 years of experience in helping survivors of brain injury live as independently as possible. We provide social and cognitive rehabilitation for adults with brain injury. We offer support and respite for their families through the services that we offer at our centre and through one-to-one outreach sessions.
We support across Bristol, North and North East Somerset and South Gloucestershire. We individually tailor programmes that are designed to maximise quality of life, independence and self-esteem.
We promote an understanding of all aspects of brain injury, focusing not just on the impact on the individual but also their families and others who care for them. We provide information, support and services for these people too, including assistance to source and access other much needed services.
We are excited to announce that we have booked and planned a Summer Family Fun Day!
It is free entry for everyone!
There will be a raffle, a variety of stalls, entertainment and games for all ages to enjoy!

How we as a charity support individuals and their families with brain injuries through a variety of services catered to their own needs and desires.
Our staff team are here to support individuals with brain injuries and their families when and as they need. Whether that be through running our services, answering questions or throwing fun events. We are here to help!
We take on student placements as well as accepting volunteers to come in and help our staff to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently.
